Dr. Panagiotis (Panos) Tsarchopoulos is Programme Officer at the "Competitive Electronics Industry" unit of the European Commission. He holds a PhD in computer engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany and an MBA from the UBI, Brussels, Belgium.
